Order processing times
All online orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped to you through Australia Post. Please allow 7-14 business days with longer potential waits for remote locations and during holiday seasons.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We work hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, so unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes to it or cancel it.
Delivery locations
Australian shipping
We ship Pooches Perfect Poos all around Australia.
Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes. When going through the checkout, please provide a business or residential address.
International shipping
Currently, we do not ship online orders internationally.
How much is shipping?
Australia – Standard shipping
For orders under 500gms, standard shipping within Australia is $10.
Orders over $120 receive free standard shipping within Australia.
Australia – Express shipping
Express shipping on orders within Australia is $15
How soon will my order arrive?
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post, which may arrive in the following timeframes (depending on network capacity):
Standard shipping: 7-14 business days
Express shipping: 3-5 business days.
How can I track my order?
When your online order has shipped, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number you can use to track its progress. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
